About
the Seven Sisters Bed & Breakfast The Seven Sisters Bed & Breakfast is a 114-year-old Queen Anne Victorian home in Plainview that offers guests their choice of three bedrooms. The home is surrounded by perennial gardens. One of the goals of the Seven Sisters is to provide a quiet place where people can rest, reflect and renew themselves. The Seven Sisters B&B is named in honor of the owner's sister, Pamela Sue Martins, who lost her battle with cancer in 2004. Pamela was the sixth of seven daughters born to William H. and Buela G. Eickhoffhence the name "The Seven Sisters." Her husband, Olu Martins, has written A Journey Interrupted, a faith-based account of her family's experience as they coped with the life-altering consequences of cancer. A portion of the sale of this book is being contributed to the Pamela Martins Foundation, which helps other families with medical expenses. |
